Yoga is my passion and having done it myself as a student for 29 years and now in my 10th year of teaching, I'd love to pass on the benefits I have gained to you.  I have been trained by the British Wheel of Yoga.  www.bwy.org.uk  Yoga is great for getting you in touch with what's going on in your body and for giving you a 'toolkit' of poses, for a healthy body and breathing practices and relaxation which you can use in everyday life, whether to help you deal with stressful situations or to give you a better night's sleep.  Many people have an idea of what they think yoga is, or, that because of a health issue maybe it wouldn't be suitable for them.  My favourite phrase is ' There's always a way to do it', so be assured my classes will be suitable for you.  With yoga there's no need for specialist equipment, just a mat - so why not join me?
